We went to Manchester during half term. This is our strange hotel, it had been a warehouse or a mill in the olden days.

This is us at St Peters Square before we caught a tram. ifell over and hurt my foot but I survived. Nearly 200 years ago 12 people died here after sodiers charged a peaceful meeting. There were lots injured. It is known as Peterloo.

After we went to the Lowrey Centre we went to the War Museum to look at the Prisoner of War exibition cause Mum likes Tenko, a programme from the olden days.

Next day we went to the science museum. We found some radios and record players made by Ferrantis where my Granddad worked in the 1950s. He designed a portable record player which we thought we had found. It was not in this collection but a lady at the museum emailed my mum and it is on display in another museum. We hope to go there and see it one day. Shame Dad could not of seen it. We went to Chinatown which is not really a town but just a couple of streets. We go new chopsticks, fortune cookies and Ally got noodles.
